Non-adjustable pressure limiter for symmetrical braking
Its main feature is the anti-lock : the system reduces the ratio amount of pressure put in the system by the pilot / amount of pressure received at the brake.
Very useful at landing, it helps to prevent the wheel lock up and the nose over for taildrag- gers, in case of over-pressure on the master cylinder.
Therefore it reduces the stopping distances.
The limiter is included in most of the BERINGER Kits featuring a single braking circuit (sym- metrical braking).
The pressure setpoint is fixed for each model. You can choose different models depending on the airplane MTOW, the tire diameter, braking torque, ….
They are available for DOT4 or MIL brake fluid.
Caution : You must never mix the brake fluid : seals are different
